  1. Hope to see you at the convention live or via internet. Gathering veterans experiences with jeeps to share. Remember one of the first stories I heard long ago about a vet who was blown up way above the gas tank and lived to tell me the story.   2. Cactus Rose received the gold award in the motor pool ready judging at the International Military Vehicle Association Convention.Learned lots. Judges were very knowledgeable. Cactus Rose was probably in Second Armored Division during WW II in Germany. She has German newsprint that was used to repair her gaskets now kept in her scrapbook.
